What to expect from 1:1 support

In our sessions, we work at your pace and around your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Postpartum Transition support, and Systemic Family Constellations, choosing what fits you rather than forcing you into a fixed method.

This allows space for clarity, emotional relief, and lasting change.

Beyond professional training, I bring empathy, presence, and genuine care. My goal is to help you understand what is happening, reconnect with yourself, and regain a sense of stability and control.

If you are unable to visit the boat in person, we can meet online (please specify while booking).
